Truthfully I have never dealt with Russell. I feel privileged if he even says hello to me at one of the national events. I have had a relationship with most of his staff and thats where I kept it. Yes Z1 helped me out when I was just starting in the Z game and I have felt a certain loyalty because of that day but since then I have had issues with some of there parts for my personal cars that I have not been happy with but never aired publicly. It really took numerous orders being messed up to get me to taking this action and it seems to have been the right course of action. The commradery and Z spirit I received at my first ZNats from all those guys helping in the parking lot of the hotel to John and Spence at Z1 really got me into running my own shop. I hope if nothing else it gets Z1 to look closer at there quality control for everyones sake. I would never go straight to a public forum with something like this and by pass talking to the company with the issue first. It just seemed like each time it has happenned that it was taking with a grain of salt and that they were not taking actions to fix there issues. Four mess ups with my current customers orders seems alittle much.
